By purchasing or participating in any Care Sorted program, including the Care Sorted Pathway, you agree to the following terms:

3. Personal Responsibility & Outcomes

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for all decisions, actions, and results
  • Outcomes vary depending on personal circumstances
  • Care Sorted makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, care placements, or financial results

4. Payment & Access

  • Payment must be made in full (or via agreed payment plan) prior to accessing the Program
  • Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Login details must not be shared

5. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by Care Sorted and are protected by copyright laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
  • Share login access
  • Use content for commercial purposes without written consent

6. Confidentiality

You agree to:

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a supportive, respectful environment. Care Sorted reserves the right to remove access without refund if behaviour is inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive.

  • Care Sorted is not liable for any decisions made based on Program content
  • Care Sorted is not responsible for outcomes related to aged care services, providers, or government processes

9. Program Modifications

We may update content, delivery, or structure to improve the Program at any time.

Due to the immediate access to digital content:

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind
  • We encourage you to review all program details prior to purchase

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand life can change quickly.

Requests may be considered if:

  • Submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Due to significant unforeseen circumstances

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Once services commence, refunds are not available
